Woman stabbed several times in Mishawaka home on Thursday night

A woman is recovering after she was stabbed several times at a Mishawaka home and police are searching for a suspect.

Officers were called to the 500 block of Grand Boulevard in Mishawaka at about 7:45 p.m. for the shooting, WNDU reported.

The stabbing may have happened during a domestic dispute, WSBT reported.

The woman’s injuries aren’t life-threatening. The suspect left the home after the stabbing before police and medics arrived.
