News/Talk 95.3 Michiana’s News Channel and Martin’s Super Markets are honoring our Hometown Heroes this fall and we’ve chosen our fourth honoree.
Mark Maike owns his own construction company and always lends a hand to help. Skyler Maike nominated Mark. Here’s what she wrote about him:
Mark is the greatest person I think I know. He is ALWAYS helping someone with something. Mark owns his own company, Maike General Construction, and breaks his back picking up too many jobs because he wants to make sure everyone that needs help is helped. He attends Northway Church of Christ, where he also takes care of maintenance. Mark is also known for taking in the homeless and giving them work through him for pay. Mark is such a great man, I just don’t feel like he’s appreciated enough. But out of all the things he does, he’s still best at being my dad.
