Brad Rogers explains why he would defy an Obama executive order on guns on Fox and Friends

Following his appearance on WNIT’s Politically Speaking (along with 95.3 MNC’s Casey Hendrickson) last week, Elkhart County Sheriff Brad Rogers appeared on Fox and Friends on Friday morning, Oct. 16, to explain his position on gun control.

The interview lasted 2 minutes and 47 seconds. Rogers explained that if President Barack Obama issued an executive order regarding guns, he would not enforce it in Elkhart County because his oath of office requires him to uphold the U.S. Constitution, which means he doesn’t have to obey unconstitutional laws.

Rogers also offered his opinion on how school shootings and other mass shootings could be prevented and stopped.
