If you need some help getting in the Christmas spirit or if you just want a personalized serenade of your favorite Christmas carol, there’s a hotline for that.

Students at the University of Illinois are staffing the Dial-A-Carol hotline for 24 hours until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16.

Dial-A-Carol can be reached by dialing 217-332-1882. Callers should be ready to share their first name, the city they’re in and which Christmas carol they want to hear.

Because the hotline is popular, callers may have to wait a few minutes or even try to call several times before someone answers the hotline and sings.
