RFK Jr will remain on the ballot in Indiana, despite suspending his presidential campaign. However, he will also still be on the ballot in Michigan.
The son of the 1968 Presidential Candidate recently threw his support behind Trump, but his name will still appear as an option on Michigan ballots in November. That’s because the Natural Law Party nominated him after their primary, and Michigan law states that a party nominee cannot be removed from the ballot after they have been nominated and after the primary.
The Natural Law Party needs him to remain their nominee in order to maintain future ballot access.
Bridge Michigan reports that some polls showed Kennedy’s support as high as 20 percent in the past, though he was in single digits in the state when he ended his run.
