Here’s another sign of spring — the Indiana Department of Transportation is starting to talk about planned road construction projects in St. Joseph County.

One of the first projects is the resurfacing of S.R. 23 from Main Street/Gumwood Road to Edison Road, which will begin in April, according to our news partners ABC 57.

Drivers will have access to a single lanes and there will be some flaggers along the roadway during construction. 

The project is expected to be complete by Labor Day.
