Steak ’N Shake at Grape and Douglas Roads in Mishawaka will reopen to customers at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 23, more than five months after it closed due to a fire at the restaurant.
Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood will be present for the official reopening, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.
The fire started in the kitchen and was under control within 15 minutes, according to the Mishawaka Fire Department.
