The USA Skate Center in Mishawaka is closing, but it will offer an open skate one last time Wednesday night, June 8.
The skating rink at 3909 N. Main St., Mishawaka, will be open from 7:30 to 10 p.m. for a final skate. Admission is $5, which doesn’t include skate rental.
Past and present members of the South Bend Roller Girls roller derby team will be attending the skate session.
USA Skate Center’s closure was announced in May on Facebook. Owner Ken Wall is ready to retire and travel the country. He doesn’t have any children that he can give the business.
