Man ejected from vehicle during crash on Beech Road in Granger

A man was seriously injured after being thrown from a vehicle during a crash in Granger.

It happened on Sunday, July 31, on Beech Road between Anderson and Brummitt Roads, according to WSBT.

Witnesses told police the victim, who was driving a sedan, struck a mailbox, then overcorrected and slammed into a tree. The man was thrown from the vehicle after imapct, WSBT reported.

Authorities shut down Beech Road for several hours to investigate the crash.

There was no word about the man’s condition, as of late Sunday night.
