Krispy Kreme wants you to “say ahoy” to a free Original Glazed donut on “Talk Like a Pirate Day” on Monday, Sept. 19.

For the truly courageous, you can get an entire dozen free Original Glazed doughnut box if you unleash your inner Captain Jack Sparrow and dress as a pirate on Sept. 19.

Too shy to do it in the restaurant? That’s ok. There will be a custom Snapchat filter that will allow donut lovers to dress as a digital pirate of sorts. If you show your Snapchat to a team member in the store, you’ll still get a dozen free Original Glazed donuts.

To celebrate the occasion for the next week, Krispy Kreme is offering “Pirate Doughnuts” and “Skull and Crossbone Doughnuts”.

A team member at the Mishawaka Krispy Kreme on North Main Street confirmed to 95.3 MNC that they will be taking part in “Talk Like a Pirate Day.”
