A Highland Indiana man died after he fell from his boat at Clear Lake in Three Rivers, Mich.

It happened on Friday, Sept. 16.

Clarence E. Payne Jr., 55, was seen struggling in the water after he fell from the boat, according to WNDU.

Rescue crews found Payne’s body found about 50 yards from the shore, WSBT reported.
