Warsaw man arrested for trying to sell an iPad that belonged to Warsaw Community Schools

A man was arrested in Warsaw Monday morning for allegedly trying to sell an iPad that belongs to the Warsaw Community Schools.

It was a McDonald’s employee who reached out to the police late last month after buying the iPad from Allen Frye, according to Ink Free News.

The employee said Frye approached him on Sept. 22 and said he needed some money and wanted to sell his iPad for 45 dollars. When the buyer took it home and attempted to factory reset the device, he discovered that it was the property of the school and registered to someone else. Frye said a friend gave him the IPad, but he refused to name the friend. He has a previous theft
