Surveillance photos showing an armed robber at the Doubletree Hotel in South Bend Wednesday morning have been released.
He robbed the hotel at around 4 a.m. Wednesday. He took $125 and fled on foot towards the hospital, according to the South Bend Police Department.
The suspect is described as a black male, 35 to 45 years of age, standing 6’2 or 6’3, weighing 215 to 225 lbs. He has a medium build, dark complexion, and untrimmed facial hair. He waswearing a red and black plaid hunting style winter hat, black jacket and dark pants. The suspect was also described as possessing a firearm.
