Benton Harbor Police asking for help identifying robbery suspect

Benton Harbor Police are asking for help from the public in identifying a man who they say robbed the Family Dollar store in the 400 block of Pipestone.

The robbery happened during the morning hours of Monday, Jan. 2.

Police say a man, described as black, 5′ 10″, with a medium build, black jeans, black jacket, grey sweatshirt with a piece of cloth obstructing the face, waved a handgun and made off with a small amount of money.
