South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg makes another plea to become next DNC chair

South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg released a video Friday morning, pleading his case to be the next Chairman of the Democratic National Committee.

Buttigieg has emerged as a dark horse candidate behind the two favorites, picking up a number of powerful endorsements along the way, including from former DNC Chairs Steven Grossman, David Wilhelm, Joe Andrew and Ed Rendell.

The DNC will vote on a new Chairman at their Winter Meeting in Atlanta, which begins on Thursday.
