A Silver Lake man has been arrested yet again after allegedly having sex with a woman without telling her he has HIV.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department says 37-year-old Travis Spoor met the woman on Match.com and gave her a fake name, according to WOWO.

The woman told police they had unprotected sex a number of times last week, during which time he once forgot his wallet at her home. That’s when she found out his real name and that he has had HIV for at least four years.

HIV, which can be transmitted sexually, is incurable and weakens the body’s immune system. Police tracked down and arrested Spoor Monday.

This is not his first arrest for a similar crime. He was arrested twice last year after multiple victims stepped forward with allegations he didn’t reveal to them he had HIV before having sex with them.

So cut off his penis…That should put a stop to that! Oh wait, we can’t do that. He has rights. The people he effects do not have any rights…I keep getting confused on whom the laws are to protect. Always the perpetrator I know.
