Goshen police are investigating a fatal collision between a pickup truck and a pedestrian.

47-year-old Brian Belote of Hutchinson, Kansas was crossing the street was struck and killed by a vehicle in the 2000 block of Century Drive in Goshen shortly before 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Century was blocked off to Kercher Road for most of the morning Wednesday while officials worked the scene.

The driver of the red pickup truck that officials cooperated with authorities. No other information has been released about the 46-year-old male victim as authorities seek to notify his next of kin.

Goshen police believe the incident was accidental.
