A naked 18-year-old boy who was allegedly high on something apparently felt the need to fight with an Elkhart County deputy.

Police were called to a home on Old County Road 17 in Goshen at about 12:30 Tuesday morning on a report of “someone yelling and banging on something,” according to the Elkhart Truth.

When officers encountered the teen and told him to settle down, he reportedly threw a punch at them, continued being loud, and resisted being put into handcuffs.

No charges have yet been filed and he was treated at Goshen Hospital due to his high level of intoxication.
