New charges have been placed against Daniel Nations, a possible suspect in the killing of a 13-year-old and 14-year-old in Delphi.

WNDU reports Nations is facing charges in Colorado for attempting to break into a vehicle and commit assault. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office did not release any further information.

Indiana State Police issued a statement last week that they do not have enough information to dismiss or confirm Nations as a suspect in the Delphi murders.

Investigators are still determining where Nations was at the time of the murders on Feb. 13.
