Six men from South Bend and Mishawaka have been federally indicted on heroin dealing charges.

The new U.S. Attorney for northern Indiana, Thomas Kirsch II, made good on his Wednesday vow to go after drug dealers before the week even ended.

The indictment states that the six people “knowingly and intentionally” distributed over a kilogram of heroin. All six are charged with conspiracy and distribution of heroin.

Four of the six have been arrested: South Bend’s Isaiah Whitmore, Ryan Williams, and Anthony Owens and Reginald Blackburn of Mishawaka.

22-year-olds Corey Harris of South Bend and Terron Taylor of Mishawaka are still on the loose and police are looking for their whereabouts.
