It’s a 15 year sentence for a man who admitted to robbing a restaurant at gunpoint and hitting the manager in the head with his gun.

It was back in August of 2015 when Rayford Perry, 34, robbed an Elkhart McDonald’s. He pleaded guilty to robbery resulting in serious injury.

The judge in the case admitted being reluctant to accept the plea, after the victim spoke in court about how she thought she was going to die after being forced to get on her knees and being struck in the head, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.
