A former Mishawaka resident was killed over the weekend in a murder-suicide in Florida.
Cape Coral Police say a man shot Madonna Pierce-McGuire before shooting himself. Madonna Pierce-McGuire was reportedly a graduate of Penn High School.
WNDU reports she had a no contact order against her husband. In a previous domestic incident, he was witnessed swinging a hammer at her after tracking her via a GPS system he installed in her car.
