Nappanee man killed in rollover crash in Etna Green

A man from Nappanee was killed in a rollover crash near Etna Green.

The collision happened just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, on 900 West near 700 North in Kosciusko County.

Officers arrived on scene to find the vehicle off the road and flipped over.

The driver lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Jeremy Hartzell, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, a 25-year-old man from Nappanee was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital for treatment.
