Another Fort Wayne native is looking to make her mark on NBC’s “The Voice.”

22-year-old Christiana Danielle is a Snider High School and Huntington University graduate, and is the newest member of “Team Alicia,” after Alicia Keys chose to mentor Danielle during her audition on last night’s episode of “The Voice,” a national singing competition that features a grand prize of a big-time recording contract.

She’s sang in church, hospitals, youth centers and elderly facilities, and her goal is to bring awareness to mental health issues and the power of music to underserved communities.

She’s also the second Fort Wayne native in as many years to get some attention on the show: 16-year-old Addison Agen finished in second place late last year.
