Alleged drunk semi truck driver caught on Indiana Toll Road

A semi truck driver from California allegedly was caught driving drunk on the Indiana Toll Road.

Officers pulled over 31-year-old Dmario Cunningham on the Toll Road near the Notre Dame exit at about 8:30 p.m. Monday. The trooper allegedly smelled alcohol and noticed Cunningham was intoxicated.

Not only did Cunningham blow twice the legal limit, officers found he had been driving for over 24 hours before being stopped…far more than legally allowed to.

He’s facing multiple charges, including two drunk driving charges.
