Around 10,000 Indiana Michigan Power customers were without electricity on Wednesday evening, April 11 due to a semi crash.
Power was reported to be cut to the people affected around 5:30 p.m.
The time for restoration expected to be around 9 p.m. according to Indiana Michigan Power.
OUTAGE UPDATE: The outage in St. Joseph and Elkhart County was caused by a semi accident. Crews are working on repairs and the current estimated restoration time is 9pm.
