Bremen man accused of sexually abusing juveniles

A Bremen man is facing sexual misconduct charges.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested 51-year-old Lamar Kauffman this week.

He’s accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with minors over the course of several years.

He’s facing two felony sexual misconduct charges, a felony county of sexual battery, and a felony county of child molesting. If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 44 years in prison.

Kauffman is currently in Marshall County Jail on $25,000 bond.
