An 18-year-old was so displeased with service at a Warsaw restaurant that he allegedly threatened to shoot the manager.

Austin Parks is facing a felony intimidation charge. Police say they traced a May 30 phone call back to Parks after it was reported by a restaurant manager for being threatening.

The Times-Union reports Parks said the following to the restaurant’s management:

“I will just come back and (expletive) shoot you and break out the (expletive) windows.”

When contacted by police, Parks admitted to calling the manager after being unhappy with the restaurant’s food. Court documents say Parks claims he “went off and called her multiple rude names”.

In addition to intimidation for the alleged threats, Parks faces drug possession charges after police found marijuana and methamphetamine in his vehicle.
