Deputies in LaPorte County are looking for the public’s help in identifying the hit-and-run driver involved in a crash that happened Saturday afternoon.

A 20 year-old jogger was struck by a Gray, Silver or Red Ford F-150 or Explorer near the intersection of Country Roads 525 West and 300 North northwest of LaPorte. There’s no word on the victim’s condition.

The vehicle failed to stop at the scene and continued south towards Johnson Road. It would have damage to the driver’s side headlight and grill.
