Six people detained during meth raid in Porter Township

Six people were detained in a drug raid in Porter Township in Cass County.

Detectives executed a search warrant on Friday, Aug. 10, in the 15000 block of Guyer Street on suspicion of meth deals taking place and possible stolen property might be found.

Three people were found in the home near methamphetamine. One person was found hiding in a well put with meth paraphernalia. Another person was found living in a truck bed and another was found living in a shed.

Detectives also found heroin, money, guns and other evidence, as well as the stolen items.

The suspects, ages 24 to 64, face a slew of drug-related charges.

There could me more charges added.
