South Bend man sentenced to more than 10 years for dealing meth

A South Bend man was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of meth with intent to distribute, as well as a firearm possession charge.

Fabian Garcia, 30, was given 123 months in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release.

He also had previous felony and misdemeanor traffic offenses. He admitted to being a drug dealer when he was arrested in February of 2017 with a stolen firearm and more than 32 grams of meth in his car during a traffic stop.
