Suspicious man spotted near Concord High School arrested

A man was arrested after a report of a suspicious person at Concord High School. Concord Community Schools Police were alerted about the 23 year-old man around 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Sep. 4, after investigators say he drove a stolen vehicle onto the campus after allegedly stealing it from a home he had burglarized.

The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department and Goshen Police worked with the Concord Schools Police on this case.

The suspect faces preliminary charges of burglary, auto theft, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement.
