One person was shot and killed on South Bend’s northwest side.

Police were called around 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, Sep. 10, to the 2100 block of Bertrand Street.

There is no word on the circumstances that led to the shooting, or any word of suspects or arrests.

The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit is leading the investigation. They’ve identified the victim as the man who lived in the home, Arthur Lattimore. He was a resident at the home where the shooting took place.
