Deadly crash on US 30 in Kosciusko County

One man has died after a crash in Kosciusko County.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies and emergency personnel were called just before 2 a.. on Thursday, Sep. 13, to US 30 near 250 South on a report of a single vehicle crash.

An investigation revealed a blue Chevrolet Malibu was exiting US 30 traveling westbound when it lost control and went off the roadway. The vehicle then traveled the ditch line and began to roll multiple times.

The driver, identified as Christopher J. Pezan, 23, of Syracuse, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
