A fire that first broke out on Monday, Sep. 17, was reignited around 3 a.m., on Tuesday at Sturgis Towing and Recovery.

The blaze damaged part of the plant at the Nissley Disposal facility.

Nobody was injured according to officials, and employees said the disposal business would not be affected by the fire.

The remnants of the towing business, however, had to be demolished to make sure that it wouldn’t rekindle.
