The civilian involved in an officer-involved crash in Mishawaka is in jail after the results of a blood alcohol test were revealed.

Samuel Arreguin, 54, was headed south on Union Street around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Sep. 25, when he was involved in the crash with a vehicle driven by Officer Dustin Boyd.
