Anybody with personal documents they need to get rid of, can do so, without being concerned about identity theft.

Michiana Crime Stoppers is hosting another shredding event from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, at Martin’s Super Market at Heritage Square in Granger.

For a minimum $10 donation, residents can drop off their personal documents, forms and paperwork, which will then be shredded by Integra Certified Document Destruction.

Larger donations would be appreciated for people who have a large amount of documents that need to be destroyed.

Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.

Proceeds will benefit Michiana Crime Stoppers.
