More Police crime prevention programs need to be initiated.
By the time a crime happens, it’s too late to have thought about prevention.

When somebody is IN trouble, yet a crime has not yet occurred, there should be some degree of pre-emptive police action!!

Too many times an Officer will say that if nothing has happened yet, nothing can be done.
