Another name added to local Catholic Diocese sexual abuse scandal list

Another name has been added to the list of those credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor by the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend.

Gerald Funcheon, a member of the Crosier Congregation, becomes the 21st person credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor according to the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. The original list was released on Sept. 18 of this year.

The Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend also announced it will maintain an updated list of credibly accused priests on their website, and will update the list if necessary.
