The City of New Buffalo wants to know who’s responsible for destroying city property.

A number of benches were wrecked near Casey’s Bar & Grille on North Whittaker Street on Oct. 5.

Officials believe someone drove onto the sidewalk late that night and ran over the benches.

The city is offering a $1000 reward for information that leads to the person or persons responsible for the vandalism.
