A baby carrier is under recall due to a falling hazard.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the LILLEbaby Active Series baby carriers, which are used by strapping the baby to a parent or caregiver, are currently under recall due to three reports of the chest straps detaching and at least one report of a child falling out as a result. No injuries have been reported.

The specific models under recall are the Active All Seasons in the “Slate” color and the Active Series-Pro 6-in-1 in Cobalt and Grey.
