The primary suspect in the fatal shooting at the now-closed Bleachers Bar in Mishawaka was taken into custody Wednesday evening on a bus in South Carolina.
U.S. Marshals arrested Timothy Marcus Mayberry in connection with the September 21 murder.
Mayberry has been on the run since the shooting death of Avery Brown. He will be returned to Indiana but the extradition process could take until February.

Are they going to drag him back here, like behind a police car, with a chain. Seems to good for what he did.
