A woman was shot inside an apartment at Miami Hills.

South Bend Police were called around 5:20 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, to the 3600 block of S. High Street where they found 19-year-old Tatiana Morgan suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Officers rendered first aid until medics arrived. The victim was taken to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

It appears the shots came from outside, according to investigators.
