A white Christmas possible, more rain Thursday, Friday

Some clouds move out by this afternoon, giving way to more sunshine and a cooler high in the low to mid 30’s. Christmas morning will bring possible snow showers and changing to a rain/snow mix in spots in the afternoon. On Thursday and Friday, a much stronger storm sweeps through. Expect rain, wind, and very mild temps to end the work week, with highs crashing to the freezing mark for the upcoming weekend.

Christmas Eve: Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of AM flurries, then clearing skies. High of 33.

Christmas Eve Night: Mostly clear with increasing clouds. Low of 26.

Christmas Day: Mostly cloudy with scattered morning snow showers and an afternoon scattered rain/snow mix. High of 38.

Wednesday: Partly sunny to mostly cloudy late. Highs near 40.

Thursday: Rain, mainly after 2 p.m. High near 50. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

Friday: A 40 percent chance of rain before 8 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 49.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 34.

Sunday: A chance of snow. Partly sunny, with a high near 32.
