19-year-old man injured in shooting on Belleville Circle in South Bend

A 19-year-old man was injured in a shooting in South Bend. The shots were fired just after 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6, in the 4800 block of Belleville Circle.

When police arrived, they found a vehicle damaged by gunfire.

A man sitting in the passenger seat received a minor bruise to the leg.

The victim and two other people were in the parked car at the time, but they were not hurt.
