Noble County police are searching for a missing man after he escaped from the courthouse on Friday, Jan. 25.

Zachary Centers was in court for a hearing when he went downstairs and left the building before security was able to stop him.

Centers reportedly escaped through downtown Albion. He has an active warrant for invasion of privacy, and police are intending to file additional charges for resisting law enforcement.

Police were not able to find him immediately after his escape Friday, and the search was eventually called off.

Anybody who has seen Centers, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked to call the Noble County Sheriff’s Department at (260) 636-2182.
