The Elkhart Police responded to a reported shooting Thursday morning at the Holiday Mobile Home Park on Valentine’s Lane.

Officers responded shortly after 5:30 a.m. and a man was taken to Memorial Hospital in South Bend with a gunshot wound to the stomach.

Elkhart County Homicide is investigating the shooting and no suspect details have been released.
