16-year-old suspect arrested in shooting on W. Fisher in South Bend

South Bend Police Officers, working with the Goshen Police Department, have arrested the suspect in a shooting that took place Feb.22 in the 1300 block of W. Fisher..

Police learned the suspect may be at a home in the 100 block of Elm Monday afternoon.

Officers later found three people including the 16-year-old shooting suspect.

Officers using a search warrant located numerous firearms, some of them reported as stolen in Indiana and Michigan.

The firearms have been taken to the South Bend Police Department Crime Lab for processing.
