He was taken into custody outside his home on Tuesday, March 5, and booked into the St. Joseph County Jail.

According to court documents, Smith had a warrant out of Miami County for theft where the value of property is between $750 and $50,000, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.
