President Trump’s newly-released budget calls for a 90% funding cut for cleanup programs around the Great Lakes and other waterways.

The budget, released on Monday, seeks to cut 30 million dollars out of the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, which was designed to remove toxic pollutants, fight invasive species, and deal with other ongoing environmental problems.

That’s a 90% cut from the 300 million dollars the program has received in most of the years since it began in 2010.
